Agreement Terms

Standard License Agreement

Licensee must properly credit the Creator in all uses and comply with community standards for cultural respect and authenticity.

6. Term and Termination
This Agreement is effective for the term specified and will automatically terminate at the end of the term unless renewed. Early termination requires mutual consent.
7. Representations
Creator represents that they have the right to license the IP. Licensee represents they will use the IP in compliance with all applicable laws and cultural guidelines.
8. Limitation of Liability
MADE CX acts as a platform facilitator. Liability is limited to the license fee paid.
